I have updated your prior tax records in our computer for the current Tax Season. Your prior update sheet is enclosed. However, due to identity theft issues, social security numbers are not printed in full. Rest assured we do have your correct numbers! Please review, make changes and return to us.

Our preferred method of receiving your tax papers is in person -

  You can take a picture and text to us at : (631) 682-4472 or you can mail.

We will contact you by text or phone as needed as we check on any questions we may have. Once completed, we will text you to come in to sign or email the completed return for your signature.

Our payment can always be made online or by phone.

When you drop off your tax information, we will review and update any personal information that may have changed. You may continue to either drop off, mail, or put in our 24 hour night drop box (located to the left of our front door) please be sure to leave good phone numbers so that we can call and update your information by phone. Many customers used email this past year! If this is desirable, be sure to give us your email address. Of course, be sure to bring all your W2s,interest statements, tax bills, mortgage statements, health insurance forms...when in doubt -bring it! 

As usual, we are ready to provide you with the finest personal tax preparation service available. We are gain offering Electronic Filing for those wanting to speed up the flow of money. Our goal continues to have most returns available for filing within 24 hours. 5 to 7 day refund check options should be available!!

The sooner we prepare your tax return, the sooner you will receive your refund! So please call, email, fax, drop off or just stop in as soon as possible.
